With extensive training and knowledge of the female body, pregnancy massage, infant massage and treating the body holistically, Saulyn is dedicated to seeing each of her clients state of wellness improve with bespoke treatments, backed by evidence based techniques and protocols for both women and children.

From the moment you arrive at Sydney Women’s Massage & Mindfulness, your treatment begins. We invite you to switch off your phone and ease into relaxation. You’ll be asked to complete a Consultation form if you haven’t done so prior. Your therapist will discuss any current concerns, or your current pregnancy and perform a postural analysis and range of motion examination, if applicable.

Once all your questions have been answered and you feel ready, you’ll be given privacy to undress to your underwear and get comfortable on the table, covering yourself with a towel. A few minutes later, your therapist will check in to ensure you’re comfortable—then your personalised massage experience begins.

When you visit our website, general data (like browser type, time, and pages viewed) may be collected for anonymous statistical analysis. Any information you share with us—online or in person—is never sold or shared with third parties. It stays strictly within our practice.

We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to offer that time to others in need and may result in a full service fee being charged.

To help manage bookings, we may require a credit card to secure future appointments. This allows us to apply any applicable fees for late changes.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to going into labour, it’s completely understood. Please let us know at your earliest convenience.
